We try to keep this short. Below is what we provide, what we don't promise, and what you agree to by using My Garage. This is not legal advice.

    Acceptance.

    By creating an account or using My Garage, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

  2. No. 02

    What we provide.

    My Garage is an informational tool for understanding the live market value of your vehicle. We surface MarketCheck listing data, derived estimates, and AI-generated explanations. We are not a dealer, broker, lender, appraiser, or financial advisor.

  3. No. 03

    Your account.

    You're responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account or impersonate anyone else.

  4. No. 04

    Valuation disclaimer.

    Valuations are estimates based on live listing data and statistical modeling. Real-world transaction prices depend on condition, history, location, negotiation, and timing. Always confirm with an in-person inspection before buying, selling, insuring, or borrowing against a vehicle.

  5. No. 05

    AI explanations.

    Narratives generated by AI are informational and may contain mistakes. They are not financial, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Don't make irreversible decisions on the basis of an AI-generated explanation alone.

  6. No. 06

    Acceptable use.

    Don't scrape the service, attempt to reverse-engineer our valuation logic at scale, abuse rate limits, submit false data, or use My Garage to harass third parties. We may suspend accounts that do.

  7. No. 07

    Liability.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Garage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions you make based on the service.

  8. No. 08

    Termination.

    You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data first; see our privacy promise for more.

  9. No. 09

    Contact.

    Questions about these terms? Reach us through the app's support channel. We update these terms occasionally — material changes will be communicated in-product before they take effect.
